Guest Session on Artificial Intelligence for Students on 1st September 2026. The Department of Training and Placement, Aldel College of Pharmacy and Research, organized a guest session on “Artificial Intelligence for Students” on 1 September 2026. The session was conducted by Dr. Reuben Buthello, Associate Professor, SJCEM–MBA Department. The session aimed to create awareness among students about the applications of AI in education, research, career development, and the evolving professional landscape, encouraging them to become future-ready.

Aldel College of Pharmacy and Research, Palghar, celebrated National Sports Day on 29 August 2026 to commemorate the birth anniversary of Major Dhyan Chand AKA Hockey wizard, one of India’s greatest hockey players. The day is observed to recognize the contribution of sportspersons and to promote the importance of sports, physical fitness, discipline, teamwork, and a healthy lifestyle among the younger generation. Water Conservation Day 2026 – “Save Soil, Save Water”  Aldel College of Pharmacy and Research observed Water Conservation Day on 19 August 2026 with the theme “Save Soil, Save Water.” The programme focused on creating awareness among students about the vital connection between healthy soil and water conservation, encouraging responsible use of natural resources and sustainable environmental practices. The initiative highlighted the importance of collective action in protecting soil, conserving water, and building a sustainable future.

Celebration of “World writing Inspiration Day on 1st August 2026 on birth anniversary of “Lokshahir Sahityaratna Annabhau Sathe”. The Student Council, along with all students and Faculty of Aldel College of Pharmacy and Research celebrated Writing Inspiration Day on 1st August 2026 to commemorate the birth anniversary and honour the immortal literary legacy of the iconic social reformer and writer, Lokshahir Sahityaratna Annabhau Sathe. Annabhau Sathe was not just a writer; he was the voice of the common people. Through his remarkable literary talent and powerful storytelling, he made an extraordinary contribution to Marathi literature and earned recognition not only across Maharashtra but also on the international stage. The event, organized by the Student Council, aimed to ignite creative expression and help students uncover the hidden writer within themselves. To mark the occasion, students enthusiastically participated in creative writing sessions across categories such as Poetry, Short Story Writing and Essay Writing. “Words have the power to educate, inspire, and transform lives. May the spirit of writing continue to ignite young minds.”

Guru Purnima Celebration at Aldel College of Pharmacy and Research on 29/07/2026 Aldel College of Pharmacy and Research celebrated Guru Purnima with great enthusiasm and reverence, honoring the invaluable contribution of teachers and mentors in shaping the lives and careers of students. The celebration highlighted the timeless bond between Guru and Shishya, emphasizing gratitude, knowledge, guidance, and respect. The event provided an opportunity for students and faculty to express their appreciation towards their teachers and celebrate the spirit of learning and mentorship.

Faculty members of ACPR participated in Two-Day Faculty Development Program at St.Francis Institute of Technology, Borivali (W) on 29-30 June 2026 Faculty members from Aldel College of Pharmacy and Research (ACPR), Palghar, actively participated in the Two-Day Faculty Development Program on “Interdisciplinary Research & Innovation: AI, Data Science and Smart Healthcare Systems” held on 29–30 June 2026 at St.Francis Institute of Technology, Borivali. The FDP featured expert sessions on AI-driven drug discovery, data analytics, intellectual property rights, healthcare innovations, and modern AI tools for educators. The program provided valuable insights into emerging technologies, interdisciplinary research, and innovative teaching methodologies, enriching the faculty’s academic and research competencies.
